The divorce rate in the 50+ age group has doubled in recent years. Two friends, both married for 37 years, we found ourselves unwillingly in that demographic when our husbands suddenly walked out on us. We hope that by sharing our common experiences, we can encourage, support and offer hope to others on the same painful journey.
